Jen was such an incredible help to us during our home search!  She is very knowledgable on the housing marking, and was able to provide us with important, honest feedback and information that helped guide our search, and eventually find our dream home.  She was such a great resource for us throughout the buying process, and so easy to communicate with.  Jen is very efficient in her work, and always remained completely professional, all the while being incredibly personable. I highly recommend Jen and the Home Sweet Home PHL Team. We wanted an agent who would shoot us straight about our options while also providing guidance as we navigated our first home purchase. Jen did just that and more!
The "First Time Home Buyers Workshop" allowed us to ask some questions before formally scheduling time with Jen and we knew from the level of detail in the presentation that Jen was who we wanted to work with.
Jen communicates well (it was so easy to reach out with questions), is punctual for appointments, and contains a wealth of knowledge that helped us through everything from selecting houses to view in our budget, to helping with questions to ask during our home inspection.
With this being a first home purchase and having a deadline to move, what could've been a super stressful process was very smooth and even fun!

VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jen and her team!!

My partner and I were first-time home buyers. We didn't know anyone in the real estate market in the Philly area, so we searched for realtors online (by typing something like "best realtors in the Philadelphia area"). After interviewing with several realtors, we decided to go with her, because she immediately asked relevant questions, was concise, to-the-point, and seemed well-organized. The least we could say is that we were not disappointed – she has been really fantastic!! She was very responsive, available, made sure she understood what type of housing we were looking for, and worked actively to help us find a home that we both liked!

Overall, the process went very smoothly. We contacted her in the second half of January 2023, and started doing tours a week or so later. Jen was quick to schedule tour and would adjust based on our last-minute requests/changes. Even though we changed our mind in the middle of the process, not only about the search area (suburbs --> city) but also about the type of house (single-family residence --> townhouse), she did not judge us and continued help us with our search.
During the tours, Jen would point out things she finds suspicious and also make sure that if some of the things we listed in our criteria aren't present in a given house, we are fine with it. We appreciated that she actively pointed out the negative aspects of each house we were touring and was trying to find the house that was right for us (as opposed to, say, the most expensive one).
After 2 weeks or so of touring, we found a house and made an offer, which was accepted. Jen gave us her honest opinion about the price of the house (it turns out her opinion aligned with the external inspection that was done later) and managed to negotiate the price on our behalf.
After our offer was accepted, Jen and her team (and her recommended "external collaborators" – i.e., lender and house inspector) helped us go through all the paperwork and made sure everything was done on time.

So, overall, awesome experience! We will definitely not hesitate to reach out to her again in the future (e.g., when we sell our recently bought house and get a new one!)!

We met Jen through a friend who purchased their first home using her services a few years ago. Overall she was excellent to work with and really knows the real estate industry - from the market dynamics to home inspection ins and outs to the personal side of dealing with negotiations. It took us over two years to find our place, and she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive in all our interactions. Being first time buyers, I especially appreciated how patient she was with our uncertainties and many, many questions! Jen was honestly the BEST! We cannot say enough about our experience and her support. We are constantly recommending her to everyone we know. As a first time homebuyer she made the experience very smooth. She provided homes that matched exactly what we were looking for.
